This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or book a call with us, why we do it and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we process and why

• Visiting the website. Our host Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure (server logs). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Booking a call. When you book through our scheduling tool, Calendly processes the details you enter (name, email address, chosen time and any answers you give). We use them only to hold the call and follow up on your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Emailing us. If you write to us, we use your email and message to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own host, so no font requests go to third parties. When you open the booking window, Calendly loads its own scripts and may set cookies that are needed for booking to work; see Calendly's privacy notice. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this policy.

Who receives your data

• Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting.
• Calendly LLC (United States): appointment scheduling.

Both providers may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking details and emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any following collaboration, and in any case no longer than legal retention periods require. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@three52agency.com. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.

Changes

We may update this policy when our website or tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
